Trento, Molin: “We are not satisfied yet”
The return to the Dolomiti Energia Trentino playoffs, for the seventh adventure of the Serie A post-season, begins at the PalaFerraris in Casale Monferrato. The Bianconeri will play Game 1 of the quarter-finals of the Scudetto on Sunday evening, where Trento and Tortona will face off in a best-of-5 series on Friday May 19 in Game 3 at the BLM Group Arena ( Deuxball at 20.00 Clock). Tickets are available online and at the Aquila Store for free. The final race 4 is scheduled for Sunday 21st May.
EMANUELE MOLIN (Coach DOLOMITI ENERGIA TRENTINO): “We are proud and happy to be here to present these games, but above all our return to the playoffs after a year’s absence: it’s a great result, but we’re not there yet satisfied.” We want to prove ourselves in front of great opponents, we still have something to say. At this point we are obviously playing against the best teams and Tortona is a formation that has shown continuity over these two years and built something important: their strength is precisely their cohesion and the great awareness they have of their resources. In previous seasons we could get them into trouble, but in the end they always had the upper hand: a symptom of being a compact formation that bases its basketball on particularly effective team play in attack and defense. Congratulations and utmost respect to coach Marco Ramondino, who has been named Serie A Coach of the Year. The team is doing well, we’re carrying the burden of a long season, but we’ve grown in all aspects, including technical and statistical points of view. Now we’re ready to do our best, why not by dreaming game after game and trying to try.”
