The presentation of the journalist/author’s book took place at Muscettola Castle in Leporano Marcellus DeStefano with the title ““The Beauty of Southern Life”.
An encounter where the soft light and the enchanting charm of a historic building of immense beauty dominate one of the cities considered one of the flagships of the Ionian province. History, art, culture and architecture intertwine like an indissoluble bond, locked in the impressive setting of the imposing and majestic historic building, which has retained its extraordinary, original beauty from the very beginning. A precious setting in which we gather around events of depth and great importance that include the various leporanic exhibitions that also include the presentation of the brilliant essay that focuses on the values of the South, its history and in particular its history puts on the topic of culture. On the other hand, the South has often been a crossroads for peoples who have left their cultures and traditions, which through luck and with the power of will and passion have been passed down to the present day. Aware of what happened and who we are, we hear and watch such beauty and become advocates of an important responsibility: to disseminate, inform and spread knowledge about our history. In it the author DeStefano It opens an important glimmer, synonymous with light, like an oracle, leading its “disciples” in search of the truth and/or meaning of things and what pertains to the earthly world. A significant contribution with the hope that this manuscript can inspire hope and at the same time is also a desire for cultural, historical, scenic, archaeological, literal and artistic valorization.
