Italy in high risk, the reason
The future of Italy seems rather worrying, especially according to the results of a study carried out by some researchers. The details in our detailed analysis.
Italy in great danger, the details
The study in question was carried out in the Marsili Basin in the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is an underwater volcano that, over the millennia, has produced four large deposits, the result of supervolcanic eruptions off the coast of Italy. These eruptions appear to occur every 10,000 to 15,000 years, and currently it appears that up to 8,000 years have passed since the last eruption. The next outbreak could cause serious problems for our country and trigger a new disaster. For this reason, the activity of this volcano remains somewhat worrying.
