It is not just a handover where the city of Bolca Slalom prepares to be welcomed at the newly formed Media Rally, but a real beginning of a new path in the world of motorsport, a reality that pursues goals not only to continue the tradition inherited from Povil Race Sport, but also to reinvigorate motorsport with a number of far-reaching initiatives for the 2024 season.
In any case, the denominator of this transition will be the President, that Cristian Albertini who took over the baton from Elia Camponogara at the beginning of 2022 to then carry out an edition of the Bolca that has collected numerous positive testimonies in the environment.
He will always be in command of operations, aided by the ever-present Omega, to bring into being a synergy of all Scala that seems destined to reap important fruits.
“We decided to give life to Media Rally,” says Albertini (President of Media Rally), “because we wanted to create something new, something that could write its own history, of course without disregarding what Povil Race Sport is all about years.” for motorsport in the province of Verona. My experience is not only linked to the city of Bolca, but in the past I have also contributed to the development of the Formula Challenge Villafranca and the Rallysprint del Riso, so they are very different motorsport events. The presence in the calendar of the fifteenth edition of the Bolca Urban Slalom has been confirmed, scheduled for September 30th and October 1st, with renewed validity for the Slalom Zone Cup 1, for the Italian Slalom Trophy in the north-central area and for the Veneto Trentino trophy +.
“The first event that we will organize as a media rally will be our beloved city of Bolca” – adds Albertini – “and we are happy that this is the case because it will create this symbolic link between Povil Race Sport and us. “ Basically nothing will change in this transition between the two realities, so the participants can be sure that the staff that will work on the event will always be of high quality and professionalism.”
