L’Azimuth Giorgionand won 3-1 a Noventa Vicentina and reverses the trend with respect to the seasonal outward trend (Ipag – Azimuth 1-3: 25-23, 19-25, 17-25, 11-25).
It is a reaction of pride that prevailed B1 who have long suffered from meetings away from Castelfranco. That of Noventa Vicentina appeared as a match that was obviously lacking in important motivations. Certainly for the landlords who have already welcomed each classification goal, a little less for azimuth not yet condemned by mathematics.
And, somewhat surprisingly, due to the success of Noventa and the consequent defeats of its direct competitors, the Play-off games are decided in the last round of the championship.
In the first set, Castelfranco’s B1 surprised. From the second, the race ran its course that highlighted the superiority of the azimuth, probably technical, certainly motivating. Noteworthy is the excellent performance of Andrich (23 points) used in the role of the opponent and the brilliant second line, expressed by the libero morrah.
