“It was a call from Clementina 2020, which made me very happy. I wanted to stay and train in the Marche and this is undoubtedly one of the most important and prestigious realities in the region, which has grown year after year, living in a competitive environment and managing to create a passionate audience. The negotiations went quickly, also because from the very first talks with the President and with Veruska Anacleti, we immediately found a lot of agreement and understanding for ideas and goals“. Those are his first words.
“We will try to put together a team that can attract fans’ interest – continues the new coach –because sport needs an audience that can bond with the team, and for that you need the seriousness and smile that you have on the field every day, both in training and in matches. I am a coach who has worked his way up, who loves to share as much as possible with the club environment and who believes that what we are doing is sport and even if there are difficult moments, we are allowed to do it don’t get upset Cope with the situation but try to resolve issues with clarity and composure“.
“Technically, my teams usually make the pause period their strength, so I like situations where a lot of balls hit the wall, then are defended and repeated in a winning way – comments Paniconi –. Regarding the squad for this season, I can say that the negotiations are at a good point, both for some confirmations and for some newcomers. We start from a few certainties that have stood the test of time over the past year. If everything goes as I hope, there will be new faces who will make the team even more balanced and competitive. The aim is to repeat the good of the last championships and, if possible, to become even better“.
