On Thursday November 9th in Milan, in the elegant setting of Palazzo Parigi, CARE TO ACTION supports the empowerment of Indian women with the charity dinner La luce delle donne: a gala evening with Flavia Pennetta and Tania Cagnoto as event sponsors.
Italian icons, the US Open tennis champion and the winner of two historic Olympic diving medals, will auction off their memorabilia during the dinner, part of the exclusive collection of EXPlus, the Web3 platform for sports NFTs.
Flavia Pennetta’s playing uniform for Wimbledon 2015, the golden year in which she won the two most important tournaments of her career (US Open and Indian Wells) and achieved her best ranking of No. 6 in the world rankings; by Tania Cagnotto the signed vest from her Beijing 2008 Olympic uniform: memorabilia “phygitalized” by EXPlus with a smartphone-recognizable chip and a real Certificate of Authenticity (NFC) certified by the blockchain.
The light of women illuminates the life of passions, nourished by the sport of tenacity and sacrifice.
