Second confirmation in the technical staff by Hermaea Olbia for the next women’s championship of the A2 series. Also in the 2023/24 season, coach Dino Guadalupi will be supported by the assistant coach and athletics coach Stephen Cinelliin his second season at Aquile di Tavolara.
Cinelli was born on March 7, 1994 in Cetraro, in the province of Cosenza. He earned a master’s degree in motor science from the University of Salerno and then began a career as an engineer. First in the regional championship of Campania with Cus Salerno, then straight away in Serie A2: in 2018/19 he actually sat alongside Dino Guadalupi on the bench of P2P Baronissi. He then linked his fate with that of coach Leonardo Barbieri, whom he accompanied – always in the role of deputy and athletic coach – both to the Polisportiva Due Principati and to Talmassons. In summer 2022 the arrival in Olbia crowned by an excellent season.
“MI consider myself fortunate and fortunate to be able to spend another year in what I consider to be the most beautiful place in the world – says Cinelli – The biggest emotion is the opportunity to belong to this club in the year of its tenth consecutive appearance in the Serie A championship, and for that I thank the club for the trust they have shown. In recent seasons, Hermaea has been able to defend its name and that of the island in pool promotion, albeit with some difficulties; When preparing for the next round, care will be taken to field a balanced and high-level squad, but when defining the goals it will also be necessary to take into account the realities with which we will collide. In any case, the main goal will always be to give the best.”
