Matthew Cato is the new setter of theHRK MottaHere is the definition of “market hit”.
Certainly someone who knows and can make a difference, as evidenced by the excellent season in Serie A2 in Bergamo. Year in which he found plenty of space and did well.
Born in 2001 from Atri (TE), the setter arrives at the court of Coach Zanardo full of enthusiasm: “I chose the green and white project because I immediately felt the desire to do something good. The team that the club is building is young but well equipped and then you can feel the great desire to play volleyball in the air.”
“The last season in Bergamo was certainly very fruitful for my development because it allowed me to compete in a higher category. I think my strengths are tenacity and perseverance. As for the technical aspect, it’s not up to me to judge myself.”
“In my opinion there has been an upward trend in both A3 and A2 over the past two years. They have become richer and richer leagues with important players and ambitious clubs. I am sure that we will have a lot of fun in the coming season. Given my role in the team, I hope that I can bring quality in terms of play, but above all the “cazzimma” that is necessary to take a lot of great satisfaction with me.”
