Demis Cavina, coach of Vanoli Cremona, gave an interview to Andrea Tosi of La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Among the topics covered was the surprising win against league leaders Virtus Bologna.
“A performance that will be remembered as the best side of the season. Of course we took advantage of their fatigue for the Euroleague. To use a metaphor from MotoGP, the sport I am passionate about, we scored the winning goal in the final corners.”

Passing skills are very modern. Lacey and Adrian give us experience, but our system is very much based on the Italian core of Denegri, Captain Pecchia, Eboua, Piccoli and Zanotti.
