Apu Old Wild West Udine are delighted to announce the signing of Andrea Gracis as their new first-team sporting director.
Born in Treviso (TV) on January 4, 1960, Gracis joined Apu after 9 years of experience as a sporting director in his hometown. These are the first words of the new Juventus sporting director: “I am very happy and proud to be able to start a new professional challenge here in Udine.” There are two feelings in me at the moment: a feeling of gratitude for the fact that I was wanted and was wanted and a sense of responsibility for the role that was entrusted to me. By exchanging decisions and ideas, I will make my experience and enthusiasm available to the company in order to be able to achieve the set goals.”
Gracis has had a distinguished playing career that began in 1979 with Liberti Treviso. After wearing the jersey of Reyer Venezia for three seasons, Gracis moved to Pesaro in 1983 and stayed with the brands for eleven years. With Scavolini he won two championships and two Italian cups.
Returning to Treviso in 1994 crowned his career with further successes: he won his third personal Scudetto (1997), along with another Italian Cup, a Super Cup and the European Cup in 1995. Last year he retired as a player ( 1998- 99) in Mestre, in the B series.
