Farewell to FC Bayern Munich – «I’ve been in Germany for a long time, spent three years in Stuttgart and four years at Bayern Munich, where I won everything and played with great champions. I have grown as a player, but most importantly as a man. But it was time to change, to discover a new country and a new culture».
MY PRIORITY IN SUMMER – «As a central defender at Bayern, I first played with Nagelsmann and then with Tuchel in the three-man defense. I love being the first to restart the action, I like that. I think my body language shows it too».
Criticized in France, but I always played for FC Bayern – «It makes me proud when I play because I perform well and the coaches give me confidence. That’s the most important thing, I’m at the service of the team and if the coach wants me to play, I’ll go on the pitch».
COMAN DIDN’T UNDERSTAND MY DECISION TO GO TO INTER? – «I know that Bayern has given me a lot. It is thanks to them that I am the player I am now and also thanks to my French teammates. But Inter is a legendary club and last year they were Champions League finalists».
