TMZ Sports has obtained video showing Conor McGregor taking the hand of the woman who has accused him of rape and leading him into a bathroom, where she claims he sexually assaulted her.
Footage was captured around midnight on June 10 at the Kaseya Center in Miami, shortly after the Nuggets defeated the Heat in Game 4 of the NBA Finals on June 9.
In the video, McGregor, wearing a black t-shirt, can be seen exiting a restroom to speak to a woman in a white t-shirt. After apparently exchanging a few words with the woman, Conor grabs her hand and opens the door for her to enter a bathroom with him.
Seconds later, the bathroom door closes without anyone else appearing to enter. The video then ends.
TMZ Sports released the preview… Earlier this week, accuser’s attorney Ariel Mitchell sent a letter claiming that NBA and Miami Heat security guards “physically forced the accuser into the restroom,” where McGregor alleged they were raped as the security guards prevented her from leaving the bathroom allowed her friend to enter the bathroom.
However, the video doesn’t appear to show someone forcing her into the bathroom with Conor (instead, he’s leading her by the hand), instead three men who look like bodyguards stand in front of the door to prevent anyone from getting in. or go out.
According to Mitchell…McGregor’s accusers and the UFC star were celebrating together at a club in the NBA arena minutes before our video was shot.
At one point during her club celebration, Mitchell told us her client took a video selfie with Conor.
Mitchell says their party was cut short when McGregor said he needed to use the bathroom, but shortly after he got up a man in a Denver Nuggets jersey walked up to them and said, “Conor, he told me to pick you up.”
“My client believed they were leaving the Four Seasons Hotel since Conor had previously asked them to join him in his hotel room,” Mitchell said in a statement.
“The man with the pigtails stopped by the bathroom door as Conor grabbed my client (as seen in the video). My client thought they were leaving but instead Conor took her to the bathroom.
It is believed that McGregor then sexually abused the woman.
“My client remembers having at least six drinks that night and admitted to only remembering parts of them,” Mitchell said. “My client didn’t even know who led her to the toilet until she saw this video.”
McGregor has denied the allegations against him … his representatives said in a statement on Thursday: “The allegations are false. Mr McGregor will not be intimidated.”
We’ve reached out to McGregor for further comments on the new video, but haven’t received a response yet.
Police, meanwhile, told TMZ Sports Thursday that they have been investigating the allegations since June 11 and that the investigation is ongoing.
